The Eötvös József Research Centre of the Religion and Society Research Institute of the Ludovika University of Public Service, the Research Institute for the Integrity of Creation of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University and the Faculty of Theology of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University cordially invites you to the international conference "Just War and Just Peace: Religious-based Armed Conflicts over Natural Resources". The conference will focus on the richness of the theoretical tradition of the Catholic Church related to just war and just peace as a potential guideline for the moral assessment and management of conflicts. The conference aims to explore, in the light of theology, philosophy and ethics, the conditions for justice in war and peacebuilding and the role of religious traditions in promoting sustainable peace.
